Nomis were in constant communication with BT and us in order to manage expectations realistically, and minimise the impact of extended BT lead times. Whether on email, text or WhatsApp our Account Manager was always on hand to clarify, explain, reassure and pacify any frustration. In addition to dealing with BT on our behalf, Nomis project managed the installation of data cabling and IT/telecoms equipment on site, liaising with our IT partner to ensure everything was installed ready and waiting for when BT were ready to go.
Ultimately I would have definitely lost more sleep than I did had it not have been for their support and I would without hesitation, recommend Nomis Connections to any business looking for a 5* telecoms partner.
