The UK is facing difficult and worrying times with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and I wanted to personally let you know what Nomis is doing to continue to provide you with effective Managed Telecoms maintenance support services as we would in more normal times.

Like all responsible businesses, Nomis is currently focusing on ensuring we protect our clients, our suppliers, our staff and their families over the coming weeks. At the same time, we are seeking to ensure that we can continue to provide the full range of services that our clients need.

So, what does this mean in practical terms?

Meetings: We are trying to keep face-to-face meetings to a minimum and instead use collaborative business tools such as MS Teams and Video & Audio-Conferencing applications. Where a face-to-face meeting is required these will take place following the latest Government guidelines and should be pre-booked in advance.

Office Closures: If in the coming weeks we are advised to close one or all of our offices then having already implemented home working for some of our teams, the remainder of our people will be able to continue to work remotely under our Business Continuity Plan.

Orders: We are working closely with our supply chain to ensure that they have equivalent plans in place and clear visibility of any potential impacts. The status of our supply chain continues to be positive, with regular open dialogue and they are giving strong assurances of uninterrupted support at this time.

Questions: We will continue to share information pertinent to our business community but should you have any queries please contact your account manager or email:

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a valued client of Nomis. Keeping our clients’ Managed Telecoms maintenance and connectivity support services working effectively is, and has always been, our number one priority and we will continue to do what it takes so that you can always rely on us. We look forward to continuing to serve you during this difficult period and long after it is over.

With all best wishes.

Mark Balzaretti, Managing Director
