Nomis Connections announces three important developments over the summer including recognition from our main network partner, ISO accreditation and Support Desk enhancements.

We’ve been busy over the summer period so we can constantly improve our service to our customers…

First ever Platinum Partner…

Firstly, we’d like to share the great news that Nomis Connections has become the first company in the UK to be awarded Platinum Partner status by our main network partner, Gamma.

What does this mean for our customers? Supporting our customers to the best of our ability is our highest priority, and we’re always looking to improve it. Our new status means that we can do just that; working closely with Gamma to ensure problems and concerns are addressed in the best way possible, and taking our support to the next level.

As well as receiving our best support yet, customers will also be privy to early releases of new technologies and updates ahead of mainstream release – making it easy to set themselves apart from the competition.

At Nomis, we’ve always strived to offer our customers the best possible service, and we know this has played a huge part in retaining our customers – and in them recommending us to other companies.

We decided we’d like to get formal recognition for what our team do, and are now proud to announce that we are ISO 9001:2008 accredited for the provision of telecoms solutions, maintenance and support to business customers.

Support Desk gets even better…

We’ve recently made some changes that make it quicker and easier for customers to log any issues with the Nomis Support Desk, so you can contact our team safe in the knowledge that we will receive and log your request in the fastest way possible.

Lastly, we have introduced a quick and easy feedback mechanism for when your Support Desk tickets are resolved. As usual, we will email you when your ticket is resolved and all you need to do is click a button to let us know how we did. It’s as simple as that!

We’re really looking forward to getting your feedback on individual tickets.
