Hosted PBX Helpdesk Engineer
We are currently recruiting for an additional Helpdesk Engineer to join our operations team based in Fleet, Hampshire. We have an established team that supports a range of telecommunications products including traditional PBXs, hosted VoIP solutions, internet connectivity and mobile solutions.
Role and responsibilities
- Provide remote Technical Support for all our products (site visits may be required)
- Adhere to the support SLA’s and response times
- Update support tickets on our in-house CRM system
- Liaise with 3rd Party Support where necessary
- Internet connectivity fault resolution
- Configure and diagnose telephony issues
- Configure broadband routers
- Support fellow Engineers remotely and on site
Experience and Attributes
To be considered for the role you will need to have Hosted or on-premise PBX support experience, ideally on Gamma’s Horizon platform or Mitel PBX systems. You will also need a good understanding of VoIP technology and IP networking.
It is essential that you have strong communication skills, possess a flexible positive attitude and have good pro-active problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits
Starting salary of £24,000 – £26,000 depending on experience
26 days annual leave.
