To assure business continuity, Nomis Connections offers a year’s introductory support and maintenance agreement with all solutions. Contracts beyond this first year can be agreed when ordering a solution, or any time thereafter.
What is covered in our support and maintenance agreements?
- Any telephone system hardware failure through no fault of your own, regardless of equipment age
- All business telephone handsets (both fixed and DECT)
- Replacement peripherals (including batteries)
- Remote and, when needed, on-site support for phone system fault resolution
- Re-configuration of your telephone system. Major reprogramming may be chargeable.
- On-site support for malfunctions on Nomis-installed internal cabling. Major changes may be chargeable.
- Full remote support for business broadband issues
- Full remote support for BT line issues
- Full remote support for business mobile issues

Our support and maintenance agreements act as insurance on your entire telecoms system.
It protects you and your solution through its lifetime. While our solutions are tailored from industry leading products and services, technology is not infallible; therefore, our support and maintenance agreements guarantee the long-term protection of your system while offering you peace of mind and value for money.
