This can be achieved effortlessly using the simple ‘drag and drop’ feature of the web interface.

The 5 simple steps to invoke your disaster recovery plan
  • Log on to the Inbound portal from any device with internet access
  • Click the ‘Point my number’ tab
  • Click on the ‘Manage my DR’ button on the bottom right of the page
  • Select the numbers you wish to invoke your DR plan on
  • Click ‘Invoke DR’

Your calls are then automatically diverted by your inbound call management system according to your disaster recovery call plan.
