This service is capable of recording all inbound and outbound calls, aiding compliance and improving efficiencies further.
Administrators can access the recordings in the same interface as call logs are kept – this ensures that all the features of our service are available in one place and managers may review logs and recordings at the same time, and add notes accordingly.
