Remote programming
Remote programming enables us to quickly identify any system faults, often clearing them within minutes, eliminating a large proportion of site visits, which ensures minimal disruption to the operation of your telephone system.
Phone system maintenance contracts
Our standard maintenance contract includes up to six minor programming changes per year. Additional and major programming changes will be charged on an hourly rate. To make changes to your system simply notify the Customer Help Desk by fax or email. Nomis will also liaise with your network provider to determine system or network faults to ensure problems are cleared as quickly as possible.
