2x Sales Executive
We’re looking to recruit 2 x Sales Executives to start their sales journey as part of the new Nomis Academy. Product and sales training will be provided.
We are looking for two tenacious new starters who want to work for a company who will support and help them on their sales journey. You need to be self-motivated, eager to succeed, happy to face rejection and fail in order to grow. The first 6 months of the role will be based around outbound calling to generate appointments, webinars or demos for the Sales and Account Management Teams.
You will be expected to make 60-90 calls per day and approach sectors we have already achieved success in. All messaging and role play training will be provided.
The aim will be to book a minimum of 1 appointment per day.
Base package £18k with 5% uncapped commission for each converted lead.
After a successful 6 months, there will be the option to move into a customer-facing sales role.
